Pay transparency made simple — from the law to the report on a real platform working live, 4 November 2026, 11:30, Edifício Joyn, Carnaxide, Uniksystem with Littler Portugal

Pay transparency has stopped being a conference subject. Uniksystem launches its Pay Transparency Platform on 4 November, at 11:30, at Edifício Joyn in Carnaxide, in a free and open event that brings three perspectives to the same question: the legal one, the technical one, and the one from an organisation already using the platform every day.

A great deal has been said about the EU Pay Transparency Directive over recent months, and almost always in theory. This event was built to do the opposite.

Three parts, one morning

You will understand the law. Littler Portugal explains what the Directive requires, of whom, and from when.

You will see the platform working. We operate a real platform live, from the data to the report — no recorded video, no product deck.

You will hear from someone already using it. Vítor Silva, Human Resources Director at the InterContinental Lisbon, shares his experience.

The event closes with networking.

The deadline that matters is not the Portuguese one

Under the Directive, the first reports from employers with 150 or more workers are due by 7 June 2027, covering 2026 data — the data being produced right now. And there are obligations for organisations of every size, such as pay information in recruitment and the workers’ right to information.

Transposition into Portuguese law is still under discussion, and the Portuguese draft may provide for different solutions.

That is the reason for the event. The 2027 report is built from the information being recorded today, and the difficulty most HR departments discover late has little to do with understanding the Directive: it has to do with data that was never classified on the way in.

From the CEO

> “The question we hear in HR departments is no longer what the law requires. It has become where to start, and with which data. The 2027 report is made from 2026 information — the information being recorded right now, often in places that were never designed to answer that question. So we are not bringing a presentation: we are bringing the platform, working, and a customer who already uses it, so that the room can tell what is system work and what is process work before the year closes.”
