AI Orchestrator for DevSecOps — turn agentic coding into delivered software and business strategic advantage
Your engineers already use AI coding assistants. Almost nothing around them has changed, and that gap is where the investment disappears. DORA’s 2025 research puts AI use at around 90% of technology professionals, yet associates higher adoption with higher delivery instability, with roughly 30% of developers reporting little or no trust in the code produced.
We install the discipline that decides which side of that you land on: a bootstrap repository your team adopts on day one, and the directives and ground rules that the coding agent and the team both follow — DevSecOps and architecture, team collaboration and sprint management, tickets and incidents in Redmine, specifications and TDD, integrations and MCP server, automated testing, deploy agents across environments, and build and release management. Delivery governance runs on certified project management practice and the PMI body of knowledge.

AI Is an Amplifier: 90% Adoption, and Delivery Stability Is Falling
DORA’s 2025 research found around 90% of technology professionals using AI at work and more than 80% believing it raised their productivity — while associating higher adoption with higher delivery throughput and higher delivery instability. About 30% report little or no trust in the code produced. DORA’s own reading: AI magnifies the strengths of high-performing organisations and the dysfunctions of struggling ones.

Gartner: Over 40% of Agentic AI Projects Cancelled by 2027
Gartner forecasts that more than 40% of agentic AI projects will be scrapped by the end of 2027, citing escalating costs, unclear business value and inadequate risk controls — and warns of agent washing, where chatbots and robotic process automation are relabelled as agentic. The same analysis expects at least 15% of day-to-day work decisions to be made autonomously by 2028, from none in 2024.

AI Writes Code That Compiles. Security Is Where It Fails
Veracode’s 2026 GenAI Code Security Report puts the average security pass rate at 56%, barely moved from 55% in the first edition, with roughly 44% of AI code generation tasks introducing a risky vulnerability. Models now write syntactically correct code almost 100% of the time. The weakness is uneven: SQL injection passes 83% and cryptography 87%, while cross-site scripting sits at 15% and log injection at 12%.
AI-generated code is syntactically correct almost 100% of the time, and passes security review 56% of the time.
