When accuracy reaches the required threshold — typically under 10 metres — the employee presses CHECK IN. At the end of their shift, they press CHECK OUT from the same interface.

Precision matters. The system uses the device’s high-accuracy location mode, combining GPS satellites, Wi-Fi positioning, and cellular triangulation. In urban environments — where most service operations take place — this typically delivers accuracy between 3 and 10 metres. The interface displays the current accuracy in real time, so the employee can wait a few seconds for the signal to stabilise before confirming. A Refresh button allows recalibration if the initial reading is too broad.
